Dr. Steffen Schweizer just wrapped up his winter semester lecture series 'Introduction to Soil Science', covering the full spectrum from mineral and organic soil components to their physical, chemical, and biological processes, all the way through to soil formation, development series, and classification. The lecture is designed to empower the next generation of agricultural, forest, and environmental scientists and professionals with comprehensive soil expertise. Now we are excited to bring this knowledge to life in the soil pits this summer introducing the students to different soil enviroments.
