We were pleased to welcome Hannah Forsyth from TU Darmstadt, who is conducting research on the distribution and effects of microplastics in soil systems as part of the EU project MINAGRIS. During her research stay in our NanoSIMS lab, we were able to jointly detect nanoplastic particles in fine soil pore structures.
