Objectives
Students' capacity is enhanced to work on current planning tasks of landscape and environmental planning in an independent and GIS-supported manner. Furthermore, they are trained to display the results in a technically correct way.
Description
Application-oriented use of contemporary GIS software, -modules, -functions and processing models for landscape and environmental planning; types of data; data models and sources; spatial and thematic analyses; GIS-supported display of evaluation results; illustrative presentation and discussion of selected projects, problems and solutions from applied planning

Basic knowledge in GIS
