Research projects
Research projects address the ecology and chemistry of plant-insect interactions in both temperate and tropical regions, with particular focus on wild bees. Projects investigate interactions between invertebrates and plants under global change drivers, like land use change, climate change or pollution (e.g., pesticides). We study diversity, abundance, physiology, health and fitness and performance of the organisms, and the potential impacts on ecological functions and services, such as pollination or herbivory.
