Biography |
| Christopher W. Chase is a forest ecologist and silviculture scientist and a current PhD student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He completed his BSc in Forestry at the University of New Hampshire and his MSc in Natural Resources at the University of Idaho. Chris has a broad background in forest management and applied research, including forest inventory, growth and yield modeling, silviculture, remote sensing, spatial analysis, soil monitoring, and database design. At TUM, Chris is working on annualizing the SILVA growth model and incorporating climate sensitivity using tree-ring data across Central Europe. |
